The Bigg Boss Telugu 10 captaincy race has become increasingly intense as the contestants faced a series of challenging tasks to secure their place in the competition. After the first-level ‘Animal Park’ task, the housemates entered a physically demanding second round that pushed the contestants to their limits. The episode also witnessed an intense argument between Rohith and Vamsi, adding another dramatic twist to the captaincy battle.
Animal Park Task Tests Memory and Coordination
The first level of the captaincy challenge was titled ‘Animal Park’. Four contestants had to compete as two pairs. In each pair, one contestant had to go behind a curtain and imitate animals according to a sequence provided by Bigg Boss. The other contestant had to pull the curtain using a rope and identify the animals being portrayed.
Once the correct animals were identified, the contestants had to collect the corresponding animal blocks and arrange them in the same sequence as shown in the task. After completing the arrangement, they had to move a handle from the starting point to the finish point. The pair that completed the task and displayed the contender board first was declared the winner, subject to the sanchalaks verifying the correct sequence.
Bigg Boss also gave the winners an additional advantage. The two winners would continue in the captaincy race, while they would also get the power to eliminate one contestant from the losing pair. Srishti and Vamsi were appointed as the sanchalaks for this round.
Jhansi and Mukesh Win the First Round
For the first task, Jhansi and Mukesh formed one pair, while Shalini and Aman formed the other. Both teams fought hard, but Jhansi and Mukesh eventually emerged victorious.
With their win, Jhansi and Mukesh secured their positions as captaincy contenders. They were also given the power to eliminate one contestant from the losing pair. The duo chose Aman, ending his captaincy race.
Second Level Brings a Physical Challenge
The second level brought a completely different kind of challenge. Bigg Boss had previously allowed the audience to decide whether the contestants would face a mental or physical test. The audience chose a challenge based on physical strength, leading to the introduction of the task titled ‘Snatch It, Team It, Throw It.’
Four contestants had to compete in two pairs. At regular intervals, a buzzer would signal the arrival of bags in the garden area. The contestants had to fight to collect the bags. The pair that secured a bag then had to use the balls inside it to knock down discs arranged on a frame.
At the end of the allotted time, the pair that knocked down the highest number of discs would be declared the winner. Vamsi was appointed as the sanchalak for this task.
Rohith and Debjani vs Ram Prasad and Trigun
Rohith and Debjani competed as one pair, while Ram Prasad and Trigun formed the opposing team. The physical nature of the challenge immediately raised the intensity inside the house, with both pairs using their strength to gain an advantage.
Ram Prasad and Trigun managed to take the lead during the task. Debjani, however, struggled with the physical challenge and found it difficult to perform at her full capacity. As a result, Rohith was forced to shoulder much of the responsibility for their team.
The pressure eventually became emotional for Debjani, who broke down in tears and expressed her frustration about not being able to perform as she wanted. Despite the setback, Rohith continued fighting until the end in an attempt to keep their team in contention.
The task also witnessed some intense physical moments involving Ram Prasad and Trigun, creating a tense atmosphere in the house. Ultimately, Ram Prasad and Trigun won the challenge, while Rohith was eliminated from the captaincy race.
